exclusive of state/local taxes and fees, currently 11%
and $.75 per occupied room, per day.
Check in time: 3:00pm. Check out time: 12:00 noon. You
must be checked out of your room before the banquet starts
Sunday morning. The banquet will not be concluded until
after check out time.
Reservations
To make reservations Call 601.957.2800, ask for Reservation
and tell them you want to book a room for the Showcase
of the South Convention. Group Code is SHOW. Family members
and friends can also take advantage of this rate. This
will guarantee your room rate. You will need to leave
a credit card # to hold the room.
All rooms are double rooms. Four persons to a room. No
rollaways are available. Cribs are available.
Parking is free. No Valet Service. Bellmen will be available
to help with luggage, please tip bellman at least 1 dollar
a bag.
Deadline for reservations: May 6th to ensure the room
rate that was negotiated. If you book after May 6th the
rate will go back to the hotels regular rate.
