Karen Lee began her career in the fashion industry as a model.
That experience gave her important insight into the world of
Modeling which serves her well as the Director of Scouting for Elite Model Management /North America.

Karen’s keen eye, combined with her vast knowledge of the
fashion industry, has provided her with the unique ability to discover that great “new face”. By traveling the world in search of young women who possess the special qualities necessary to be successful in the world of modeling, Karen has been instrumental in discovering and promoting many of the top models in the industry today.

Karen has a Master’s Degree in Education and her past teaching experience has been beneficial as she shares her in-depth knowledge of the modeling industry at seminars throughout the country.
